As People Operations Manager, I am passionate about creating a working environment in which employees can fulfil their potential. I optimise the employee experience by providing 360-degree support, collaborating closely with managers, and offering targeted personnel development. My goal is to promote talent and foster a culture that encourages innovation and collaboration. Satisfied employees are the key to sustainable success, and that's what I dedicate myself to every day.

In 2017, I was the first woman and recruiter to start working at Enpal. I had the opportunity to contribute to the further development of the recruiting processes - from simple Excel lists to the use of modern tools. This allowed me to play my part in helping the company grow from 7 to around 5000 employees.
