We are the supply chain management team at Enpal - we manage the entire supply chain and ensure that our customers receive the best technology direct to their homes. In other words, we ensure that the highest quality components are sourced and delivered in the right quantities and at the best price. Our suppliers are close partners with whom we work together to shape the Enpal product world of tomorrow. To this end, purchasing, materials planning, supply chain finance, hardware engineering, system integration and quality management work hand in hand with us.

As the SCM team, we are responsible for the majority of Enpal's financial resources - and therefore also for their efficient use. Every quarter, we set ourselves ambitious targets that we work towards with full energy. In this way, we are constantly learning how to get even more out of our resources.
What we do
Direct purchasing
Our purchasing team is divided into direct and indirect purchasing. Direct purchasing is responsible for all materials used on our construction sites - from PV modules and inverters to batteries and heat pumps. The team manages relationships with our suppliers, finds and integrates new partners, develops the product portfolio, negotiates the best prices and takes care of contract management and orders.
Indirect purchasing
The indirect purchasing team is responsible for the procurement of all other services and products that we need at Enpal. This includes, for example, work laptops, software licenses, services and much more. Indirect Purchasing acts as a central partner for many Enpal teams who wish to place orders. By centralizing, we ensure that our negotiation experts achieve the best conditions, while the operational teams can concentrate fully on their core tasks.
Material planning
The material planning team creates demand forecasts and analyzes both current and future stock levels. They are an essential partner to the purchasing and product team in understanding when and in what quantities orders are required. They also provide intensive support for new product launches to ensure a smooth process.
Supply Chain Finance
Our in-house finance team is the analytical partner for all operational supply chain functions. They provide the necessary analyses to manage our day-to-day business, such as P&L reporting, annual budgets and cash plans. They are also an important part of various supply chain projects where analytical support is required.
Hardware Engineering & System Integration
The Hardware Engineering Team accompanies various product launches and is responsible for the technical design of the components. The System Integration Team does the same for the software side. Both teams ensure that the various components can communicate with each other and function optimally.
Quality management
Our quality management team ensures that our suppliers and their production processes meet our high quality standards. The team spends a lot of time on site with the suppliers and, if necessary, supports them in various improvement processes. In this way, we ensure that we can continue our partnerships successfully in the long term.
