I started as an intern with a background mainly in frontend development, and by day three, I was already pushing code. Just over a year later, I progressed from a junior position to a full-stack Software Engineer role. This was all possible because I was part of an amazing team of talented and supportive people who helped me dive in and learn. At Enpal, there’s a culture of learning by doing, making it a great place to grow. Combine that with a fun and skilled team, and I truly enjoy every day I work here.

I joined Enpal as a Senior Software Engineer and, thanks to the strong support of my team and manager, grew into the role of Engineering Manager. Our team thrives on taking ownership, learning from mistakes and building trust-based relationships.
