How we work
We are responsible for Enpal's quality management. We ensure that our systems meet the highest standards and check products for quality and durability - for a first-class installation and satisfied customers.
Our department manages Europe's largest renewable energy portfolio and sets new standards in the solar industry. Together with leading investors, we develop innovative financing structures and bring these high standards to the entire company.
The success of our teams is based on the constant questioning of existing approaches and a creative approach. We work on forward-looking, complex issues and only solve them by taking responsibility and adopting a solution-oriented approach.
What we do
Accounting
We record and book all financial transactions, create invoices, manage investments, prepare financial statements and take care of tax obligations. In this way, we ensure financial transparency, compliance and correct documentation of all business transactions.
Asset Management
We inspect all installations strictly in accordance with the requirements of our banks and work closely on optimizing processes, manage financing vehicles including reporting and investor relations, are responsible for rental payments and contract processing, evaluate product launches from an asset perspective and ensure quality standards and continuous improvements in installation and operation.
Controlling & FP&A
The central task is to plan and manage financial resources in order to achieve corporate goals. Budgets are drawn up, comparisons made and deviations analyzed in order to take countermeasures in good time. In addition, financial forecasts and projections are prepared to enable well-founded strategic decisions and investment evaluations. This creates transparency and ensures the long-term success of the company.
Project Finance
We structure and implement financing models that enable long-term investments in solar projects. We analyze risks, raise capital from banks and investors, monitor budgets and costs, negotiate financing agreements and prepare regular reports. In this way, we ensure that our solar projects are financially viable and can be successfully implemented.

What I personally like about my role in Asset Management is the connection of two worlds: a world of high quality PV & heatpump installations and a world of longterm lease and loan products. This unique combination of ops & finance makes every day a little different - and certainly never boring.
